So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am French and I lived in Normandy before moving to the Caribbean in 2011. Since 2013, we settled with my wife and daughters on the island of St. Martin (F.W.I.).
It is here that I met beautiful people and we started to work in the field of specialized real estate for tourist rental.
We met many Americans and Canadians. We had a long discussion together and it was from there that we had the idea to create a concierge service for individuals and professionals to Florida.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road has not always been easy. For us, the number one problem is immigration. We have come several times to MIAMI to visit the city, and especially to meet a lawyer for information about the Visa E-2 (visa renewable investor every X years).
We had the chance to find the Law firm of Marcelle Poirier. She has made immigration one of her specialties, and she gave us the right steps to follow (accountant, website creator, banker …).

I created Ghost-Concierge in December 2016 to help people solve their problems on a daily basis.

Today we open a liaison office on PARIS, and soon on NYC.
Subsequently, my future plan is to develop ghost-concierge on the West Coast, to cover all the united states.
