We start in the business of Real Estate 16 years ago with license in New York and Connecticut were we live for ten years, in 2007 we move to Florida, continue doing business in the Construction field and getting to know the Miami And Fort Lauderdale area, we continue working as realtors and always looking to grow our sales team with more realtors.

We specialize in foreign Investors where their needs take us to creates our Potential Property Management in 2012, years later we decide to expand our business to our brokerage offering one-stop-shop for our clients. That was in 2015 when Carolina got her real estate broker license and Diego got his Insurance License to Open what is now Potential Property Group. A full-service Real Estate, Management and Insurance Company. Our Mission is to provide integral solutions to our clients ( buyers, sellers, realtors) that exceed their expectations creating long-time relationships, giving back to our community in different ways.

Our Vision is to be one the most solid and stable companies with more than 500 realtors helping families and investors in South Florida making their dreams come true.

Has it been a smooth road?
Biggest challenge is to keep our realtors. In this industry, realtors tend to go to franchise brokerage, instead to stay with boutique offices like ours. We help them grow and make them leaders and top producers and some of them have changed to other companies, but some others came back to PPG because they realize everything we offer worth more than a famous name.
