Today we’d like to introduce you to Andi Dyal.
Andi moved from Miami to New York City to attend New York University and after graduating, set out to fulfill her passion for event planning. She began her career at Sports Illustrated where she took part in the organization of the annual swimsuit party, in addition to multiple city-wide events. After some time with the company, she was offered a position at Condé Nast. It was here that she took part in an abundance of high-end projects ranging from the multimillion dollar FashionRocks, to charity foundation events and numerous fashion shows. She blossomed in this high-end fashion world and gained an immense infatuation for classic and stylish parties.
In 2006, she returned home to Miami and brought the experience she gained in that fast-paced environment back to South Florida. Upon her return, she worked for both a local catering company and the prestigious Biltmore Hotel. After gaining client, corporate, hotel, and catering experience, she was ready to start her own firm and in June 2008, ANJE Soirees was up and running with a focus on weddings, social, corporate, and fundraising events.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Forming ANJE Soirees was a natural next move for me, so the road has been a smooth one. Every event teaches me something new and helps me, and thus the firm, to grow. Whether its new rules at a venue or a new fad in the industry, I am constantly working to be even more organized, efficient, and in tune with what our clients are looking for.
ANJE Soirees – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
ANJE Soirees is an event consultation firm specializing in luxury weddings, corporate events, and other social occasions. All events produced by anje SOIREES are unique, personalized, and fabulously chic. We love the relationships we form with our clients and thrive on assisting them in making their events as personalized and exceptional as possible. I work efficiently and am incredibly dedicated to making sure each event is a reflection of her client’s personalities, relationship, and style. We are known to be the most organized and efficient event consulting firm in South Florida and are extremely proud of that.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moments of my career are seeing the success that continues to grow each year with ANJE Soirees. So many clients of the firm were guests at previous events who saw the flawless execution of the team and wanted to have that sort of attention to detail and excitement at their event. This happens time and again and knowing that our work is continuously recognized makes us incredibly proud.
