Today we’d like to introduce you to Kirk Churchill.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Kirk. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Communication is humanity’s most powerful tool. In a world that has opposing viewpoints, I felt the need to have a platform for people to say their piece and their truth about topics of the world today. I’ve spent much time traveling and seeing all walks of life communicate, congregate, disagree, and unite throughout my young adult life so far. Whether it was in my time in the army special operations, or my life now as a civilian running my podcast, the ability to see other points of view and hear it, even if you do not agree is such a powerful tool. What I give my listeners is a chance to listen and absorb my guest’s dialogue, not listen to immediately react. Because a conversation on a level playing field I believe creates more change than an argument spewing one’s rhetoric at another. Perspective is a reality, and while we may all be different, hearing another POV will only increase your scope of knowledge, if not to change your mind at least it shows how you can respond better to issues at hand in the world today.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Guests with very radical or opposing viewpoints to my own can pose a challenge. As a host, however, my show is to give them a platform to talk about what they believe in. Especially in terms of politics, for example, my job isn’t to debate, but dig into why they believe what they believe and give my listeners the ability to make judgments for themselves.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
After leaving Army Special Operations in 2016, I moved to Florida to pursue a college education. I’ve always had a knack for communicating and being able to relate and conversate with any personality types I’ve come across. When I talk to people, I’m always curious about the “why” when they tell me their opinions on any topic, especially hot button one’s today. So, I started a show that allows people to again, speak their opinion. I’m proud of this show because I believe many of us have a hard time listening to opposing viewpoints and are quick to react instead of hearing them out. And while I understand there are special circumstances where “just listening” can be difficult or impossible, the general consensus is we don’t know how to talk to others on a level playfield when it involves perspectives that don’t always agree with ours. Hopefully, through this platform, I can really create change.

Every guest on my show has been another networking opportunity to meet others to fill a variety of topics on the show. My show is about the guest on it, not myself. So, I owe it to them because they make my show happen. Their perspectives are invaluable content, and sharing it with the world is something I’m always grateful to be a part of.
