Every neighborhood in South Florida has its own vibe, style, culture and history, but what consistently amazes us is not what differentiates the various neighborhoods but rather what they all have in common.  From South Beach to Boca (and everywhere in between) we’ve been blown away by how many creative and talented people call South Florida home.  Check out some of the inspiring stories we’ve discovered throughout Miami and the surrounding areas.

Four years ago I found myself living in Brickell working for a medical device company in the regenerative healing space. I worked primarily with patients who received traumatic burn injuries, a job that had me on a plane three to five days a week. I flew down to Miami in Feb 2001 and fell in love upon arrival – the vibe, weather, beauty, and partying! In days I decided against popular opinion and signed a condo lease in South Beach and then moved 6 months later in August 2001 with the anticipation of staying for 2 years. However, less than a month after the move, 9/11 happened and everything changed. Viktoriya Gruzdyn
