Today we’d like to introduce you to Elzbieta Pruszynska. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Elżbieta (Ela) Pruszyńska is an entrepreneur, media personality and philanthropist. She founded Kaftans by Ela in 2018, a women’s resort line inspired by world travels, sophisticated color, and elegance.
Her newest venture, The Powder Room Beauty Group, specializes in the art of “prettification.” The Powder Room opens its first doors in Miami in 2022. Ela stars on Żony Wives of Miami, a reality TV show produced by TVN, the leading media broadcaster and content producer in Poland.
Multilingual, and multicultural, Ela holds an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management Thunderbird and has lived in over ten cities across three continents around the world. She runs or boxes every morning, and wholly believes in seizing the day with a clear mind and focus.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
LOL.
Is there such a thing as smooth anything? The biggest struggle I face is EGO – the “soft” or more intangible element of human connection and relationships. It is something I work on every day. When our ego supersedes, we are in a vulnerable state which leads to decisions made on emotion.
During my morning runs, I thank God for everything around me. This is my time to connect with myself. I try to put my ego “in check” and make sure that whatever happens to me today, I will live in a beautiful state of mind.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My newest project is The Powder Room. The Powder Room is Miami’s exquisite, transportive beauty lounge, specializing in the goals of ultra-pretty, feminine indulgences.
Specialty services include a trifecta of services: nothing less than pretty hair, pretty nails, and pretty lashes as the brand’s trio of magnificence.
The Powder Room offers pink glove service including pink “Champagneski” and a promise to assure every angel that walks through the door is “Pretty. Set. Go.” and ready to fly. This project is expected to launch in Q2 2022.
My mission is to unfragment a fragmented beauty service industry specializing in quick, pretty beauty.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Do not dabble. Most people in the world are dabblers.
They try something for a while. It doesn’t work out. They try something else. Dabblers are the type of people you keep off your team or get rid of them quickly because they will end up quitting anyway.
