Hi maritza, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about design, art, and architecture. Visiting museums and exploring beautiful places and spaces always fascinated me. I initially pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business and started a career in banking while managing a family business. Alongside this, I began remodeling homes as a side project, earning a lot of compliments for my work.
After several years, I realized I needed to dive deeper into my passion for interior design. I went back to school and earned an Associate’s degree in Interior Design, followed by a Master’s in Interior Design and Architecture. This advanced education gave me the expertise and confidence to fully embrace my passion.
To gain valuable experience, I worked with a few talented designers before deciding to start my own interior design firm. Each project I take on is a unique opportunity to create something special and beautiful. I love bringing my clients’ visions to life and designing luxurious, elegant spaces that not only look amazing but also reflect their personalities and lifestyles.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life is full of challenges that can be turned into opportunities. One significant struggle I faced was marketing myself and clearly communicating the unique value my interior design firm offers. Overcoming this has been a continuous learning process. Every day, I work to improve both personally and professionally, honing my skills and finding better ways to connect with clients and showcase my work effectively.

At our interior design firm, we specialize in coordinating all phases of the design process, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept to completion. We excel in managing construction and installations, bringing projects to life with precision and care. Our success lies in our ability to seamlessly coordinate with general contractors, craftsmen, and other professionals.
We prioritize understanding our clients’ needs and desires, working diligently to minimize any inconvenience. This approach allows us to consistently deliver outcomes that exceed expectations, creating spaces that are not only functional but also beautiful and enduring.
What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to excellence in every detail and our holistic approach to project management. I am most proud of our ability to transform our clients’ visions into reality, crafting luxurious environments that inspire and delight.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success is defined by the happiness and satisfaction of my clients. It’s about creating spaces that not only meet their needs but also enhance their daily lives. When clients express their love for the environments we’ve designed and share how these spaces have positively impacted their lives, I know we’ve achieved something truly meaningful.
