Today we’d like to introduce you to Paulynn Ninh Guetin.
Paulynn, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My motivation for starting my business was to create a salon space where everyone can come to relax, smile, and feel renewed.
The first salon I opened was primarily nails and by the 6th salon, the business evolved to a Nail, Brow, and Lash Salon.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There are so many aspects of business and it can be overwhelming at times trying to manage everything.
I found I have the patience and perseverance to deal with the challenges and pressures that naturally come with running a business.

As a company, I’m most proud that we have a great reputation for all of our specialties. I’m also grateful to have a supportive team who gives their best and thrives for excellence. We strive to create a place of trust and cheerfulness where everyone can come to enjoy their beauty treatment, whether it be nails, brows or lashes.
I’m really grateful to be able to do what I love.
Nails are great because of the one on one interaction with guests during the service.
Our guests come in on a regular basis to maintain their manicures. It’s truly delightful connecting and sharing lighthearted conversations with our amazing guests during their visit.
Lashes are lovely because it’s such a peaceful treatment. We enjoy the feeling of tranquility while guests relax as we perform the service.
Brows are extremely exciting because we get to see beautiful transformative results on a person’s face after a brow shaping treatment. We want to bring out the beauty in everyone and always consider shape, form, symmetry, arch angle, and position of the brows when doing brow design.
The effect we aim for is more energy to the eye area, resulting in a more radiant, brighter, happy, youthful, and refreshed look.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory is family road trips and enjoying a picnic at rest stops!
