Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrialys Gutierrez.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Hi, my blogs name is AbsolutelyAdy. I have always loved fashion and creating fun stuff. I started my blog a year and a half ago because I was taking a class in college that required for me to have a blog. I am currently majoring in broadcast journalism and at the moment my teacher required for us to have a blog as an outlet to express our creativity. Once the class was done, I enjoyed creating looks for my followers so much that I decided to continue my blog. I focused a lot on creating content and interacting with my followers and sharing my personal experience of stuff that I liked, did not like, and stuff I found helpful. Seeing that people interacted with me and asked me questions motivated me to keep going and reach out to brands to form working relationships. My blog has shown me to no be scared to ask, to plan, to organize and to be yourself. I don’t know what the future holds for my blog but I hope it continues to grow and I can continue to inspire many young girls and boys who follow me.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
One advice that I would give everyone is: do not let other peoples negativity stop you from making that first move. If someone has something negative to say, block it and don’t listen to it. Do you, work hard and stay humble. Like my mom always told me just because one door does not open right away it does not mean that another door won’t open or even a window. Don’t be afraid to ask! Also, the number of followers you have should not be your main focus, focus on creating and putting content that people will relate to.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with your business – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
I like to defiantly inspire and motivate other people who are seeing my videos or reading my blog. I like to also interact with my followers and recommend them things that I found helpful. I have a great time creating a look and helping girls look stylish at an affordable price.
