Today we’d like to introduce you to Cristina Sosa.
Cristina, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I began my career as a professional dancer, where I worked with many talented artists such as, Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull and many more. After a diverse set of experiences, I found myself as the Membership Manager for Soho Beach House. I then founded a consulting firm focused on building communities called yNESS Connect. As the CEO, I built and curated membership clubs and experiences, that impacted society on a grand scale. yNESS Connect has provided services to Adidas, Casa Tua, 1Hotel South Beach, and Spotify to name a few. Most recently, I transitioned my passion, expertise, and imagination to create and launch RAW Residency, a membership-based community for next-generation seekers and leaders who believe in the spirit of collaboration, to strengthen each other’s personal and professional capabilities.
Has it been a smooth road?
Is there such a thing as a smooth ride? I find when I am not centered or don’t do “the work” everything can be seen or feel like a challenge. However, I once learned that a miracle is a change of perception, therefore, every day, we have a chance to see a “challenge” as an opportunity for a lesson and vehicle to create possibilities. It takes work but once you can shift the mindset everything starts flowing.
My advice to anyone is to never give up and to constantly strive for what you believe in. To make self-awareness your main priority; because there you can see your true fears and as a result open yourself up to infinite opportunities. I truly believe we are all meant to succeed, we just have to create a balance between putting in the work and allowing things to happen the way they are supposed to.

What I’m most proud of – is building a platform for like-minded individuals that are mainly seekers and leaders, whose primary purpose is to grow, move, and connect. I think the only way to succeed in life is taking responsibility for your own actions, becoming aware of yourself as an individual and having people that are willing to hold you accountable.
We are known for building a sense of belonging and providing curated experiences for personal enrichment. Our mission is to allow members to become aware of their limiting beliefs and reprogram into their RAWself. What sets us apart is the ability to provide an open space for authenicity and vulnerability. We’re constantly evolving as a community, seeing obstacles as opportunities while maintaining a hunger for growth and connection.
Who have you been inspired by?
I would say, my family, my team, the RAW Residency Community, my aunt – Ana Corina Machado, Oprah, Michelle Blechner and anyone determined to stand for what they believe in, while keeping a sense of humility and grace.
