Raffi is an Italian-American model/actor. He was born in Naples, Italy. He is an international model for over two decades, in which, he is well known for been working with the highest Brand Fashion like Moschino, Armani, Gianfranco Ferré, Banana Republic and many more. He has been in many TV commercials. In the Billboard 2016, he was selected as the men class of the year. For the past years, he started the career as an actor, and he was part of the TV series “Backlash“ direct by LeVar Leo, “The Voice” direct by Robert Task Smith, a movie “Composite Killers“ direct by Eddie Reyes, “Gym Short” direct by John Duffy, “Sick Minded” direct by LeVar Leo. In 2017 and 2018, he was one of the judges of “Miss Bikini USA “ and “Miss Fashion Global 2018.” He has been as a lead actor in many music videos “El Préstamo” artist Maluma, “Nadie Como Yo” artist Gente de Zona, “Quiero más” artists Ozuna and Wisin & Yandel, “Adicto” artists Marc Anthony and Prince Royce, and Arcangel. Currently, Raffi is working for two TV projects.
Can you give our readers some background on your art?
Born in Italy, a country with plenty of history, especially in art, it made me grew up with a passion for art and literature. My personal opinion, reading books and articles is a great way to train our brain instead of watching TV.
Do you think conditions are generally improving for artists? What more can cities and communities do to improve conditions for artists?
As a professional actor and model, I visualize art in a way of personal dedication, passion, sacrifice, and love for the artwork the person will perform. Like myself as an actor, I need to understand and study the character I will play in a movie or tv show, so I can pretend my character correctly. This is a great way for me to show my passion and dedication for acting. Miami has become a city of a huge growth of multiethnicity, and this has been helping the art in Miami to expand and becoming the city for many artists to visit and create artwork.
