Bojanini Art Gallery was founded by artist Ana Bojanini nearly 24 years ago in Barranquilla, Colombia where the workshops and flagship gallery are located.
Bojanini is a brand known for its colorful hand painted products from our woodwork to the last layer of resin applied to our products. We like to inspire our customers with our lively art and design. We are an art gallery with an assortment including accessories, gifts, home decor, furnishings and paintings.
Ana Bojanini Safdie was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. A Master of the Plastic Arts and savvy business manager, her painting have been displayed in numerous art shows since 1995 and makes up private collections. Her art is considered modern expressionism and its strength is derived from her extraordinary use of color.
The pillars of her work are discipline, creativity, versatility and originality.
This story begins in a kitchen full of resin. The kitchen was icky and her children complained it was sticky. As she gained fame she remained undaunted, and the balcony she turned into the studio she wanted. She painted and painted and didn’t sleep, her days were more like weeks. People came and went and for a gallery she was able to pay rent. But the paintings weren’t enough, people wanted to see more. Coasters, trays, paintings, and sculptures, we filled the walls and almost the floor. So on to the grand gallery we passed and our fame surpassed; so more products we painted and more galleries we rented Offering our color, beat, rhythm, and lifestyle we’ve created!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I started in my home studio, then the kitchen….my kids were little and I had to divide myself in four …organize my time….what really helped me a lot was to be DISCIPLINED… I always say that without discipline it is very hard to achieve goals.

Over the past 20 years I have been able to grow my business from one gallery to five galleries in both USA and Colombia.

I am a MOM, an artist and buss adm I started from scratch and today I have 60 employees. My everyday work is a constantly CREATiON… Bojanini Art Gallery differ from other galleries that besides selling paintings we sell everyday utility objects FOR HOME AND TABLE and each piece is hand painted.
