Hello, I’m coming from France and my dream was to come to live in your wonderful country, especially in Boca Raton.

I wanted to buy a business in a great location, so I was very happy to find the 16 handles store located across from Florida Atlantic University in the University Commons shopping plaza. I knew the franchise 16 handles from my trips to New York, so the concept and the quality of the products were exactly what I was looking for.

16 flavors, you can build your own frozen yogurt exactly the way you want, I’m very proud to join the 16 handles family.

I came here in March with my 24 years old son Antoine. Ready for new adventures, after the renovation of the store, we had our grand reopening on the 7th of July.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Omg! Everything was difficult for us, new country, new language, new rules. Learning how to manage a team in and another language is not easy, but very exciting. My team is really great, they are very sweet and always smiling, I’m very proud of them.

Running a business is a real challenge, we will do our best every day for having happy customers.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with 16 HANDLES – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
This is a frozen yogurt store, with 16 flavors in self-serve, you choose what you want, you have the possibility to add some toppings (42 topping) and sauces (hot fudge, caramel, Nutella…), everything is by weight.

We are doing signature cakes and fray sandwiches that we can customize. We are having artisan flavors, with dairy-free options. Also, low fat, gluten-free and fat-free options.

Like I wrote before, I’m very proud of the team we have, they are always sweet, friendly and they really care about the customers.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We already renovated all the store, so no big change again, for now, just adding more products.
