Conversations with Rebe Alma Fértil

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebe Alma Fértil.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m Rebe. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed about the life I wanted to create for myself as an adult. Not long ago, I discovered a word that truly defines me: I am multipassionate; someone who feels deeply connected to many interests at once.

I have a degree in Human Resources as a profession, but I’ve also explored several passions along the way. What started as hobbies became meaningful parts of my identity: Image Consulting, Fashion Production, Cosmetology, and Pilates Instruction. Now you can see why I call myself multipassionate?!!

I’ve learned all of these things because they’re my way of escaping the daily grind, and because my biggest dream is to create a magazine for women and opening my own Pilates studio. By the way in the holistic world, I’ve learned Laughter Yoga and Meditation.

On a more personal note, my fertility journey began in 2018 when I started trying to get pregnant, in 2019 I was diagnosed with DOR (diminished ovarian reserve). Over time, and with further medical tests, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. It wasn’t until 2023 that I decided I no longer wanted to go through this in silence and “alone,” but rather in community with women who truly understood me. I knew that if it was happening to me, there must be other women going through the same.

It’s not that my husband, family, or friends don’t understand, but I discovered that talking about these fertility issues with women who are going through the same thing makes this journey much more bearable, much human, and more hopeful. And that’s how Alma Fértil was born!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I founded Alma Fértil as a response to something that needed to change.

Fertility is not a journey meant to be lived in silence or in isolation. And yet, so many women go through it feeling exactly that way, alone, unheard, and emotionally overwhelmed.

Alma Fértil is not for those who choose to walk this path on their own. It is for the women who are ready to be held, to be seen, and to be supported by others who truly understand.

This is a community built on shared experiences, where connection becomes healing. Through meaningful gatherings, honest conversations, and soul-nourishing resources, we create space for spirituality, creativity, self-love, and resilience to grow.

Here, we choose generosity over judgment, harmony over fear, and connection over silence. We show up for one another with empathy, positivity, and a deep sense of sisterhood.

Because no woman should have to navigate her fertility journey alone.

And together, we are redefining what it means to be supported.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At Alma Fértil, my role goes beyond being a founder, I create and hold safe, nurturing spaces where women navigating fertility challenges can feel truly seen and supported. Through curated experiences, emotional support systems, and a strong sense of community, I bring together women who are going through similar journeys.

We offer a combination of emotional, spiritual, and creative resources from meaningful gatherings and honest conversations to wellness practices, expert collaborations, and soul-nourishing tools that foster resilience, self-love, and connection.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
My work is grounded in empathy, emotional support, and the ability to create meaningful connections. I hold space with sensitivity and intention, combining creativity, intuition, and a deep commitment to helping women feel less alone in their fertility journey.
