Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Decambre.
Hi Victoria, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Victoria A. Decambre, a creative director and graphic designer, and the CEO of Weird Flex Edits LLC. I specialize in bringing ideas to life through bold, intentional visuals that help brands, artists, and businesses stand out. My work is rooted in creativity, originality, and the belief that every vision deserves to be seen and felt.
My journey into design started with a passion for creativity and self-expression. I was always drawn to visuals, how colors, concepts, and ideas could come together to tell a story. Over time, that passion naturally evolved into creating for others, turning simple ideas into impactful designs.
As I continued to grow, I began working with a variety of clients, from artists to small businesses, helping them shape their identity and present themselves with confidence. Each project pushed me to refine my style, expand my skills, and develop a stronger understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Eventually, I turned that passion into a business and built Weird Flex Edits LLC, a brand that represents individuality and creative freedom. Today, I focus on not just designing, but creating experiences, whether it’s through logos, flyers, cover art, or full brand visuals. My goal is to inspire others to embrace what makes them unique and to flex their weird unapologetically.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but every challenge has played a part in shaping who I am as a creative and business owner. Starting out, one of the biggest struggles was building consistency and confidence in my work, especially while trying to find my unique style and voice in such a competitive space.
There were also moments of doubt, figuring out pricing, attracting the right clients, and learning how to balance creativity with the business side of things. Not every opportunity turned into a win, but each experience taught me something valuable about growth, discipline, and resilience.
Over time, I learned how to trust my process, stand firm on my worth, and stay committed even when things felt uncertain. Those challenges didn’t stop me, they refined me, and they continue to push me to evolve both creatively and professionally.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a creative director and graphic designer, and as the CEO of Weird Flex Edits LLC, I specialize in creating bold, intentional visuals that help brands, artists, and businesses stand out. My work includes a wide range of creative formats, including logos, flyers, cover art, brand kits, and digital content. I’m known for my ability to take a client’s vision and turn it into something striking, memorable, and completely unique.
What I’m most proud of is building a business from the ground up that not only represents my own creativity but also empowers others to embrace their individuality. My brand, Weird Flex Edits, is all about celebrating originality, and my slogan, Flex Your Weird, Edit Your World, captures that vision perfectly.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail, my dedication to understanding each client’s vision, and my ability to merge creativity with strategy. I focus on creating work that isn’t just visually appealing but also professional and meaningful. Every project is an opportunity to push boundaries, make an impact, and help someone’s ideas come to life in a way that is authentic and unforgettable.
Any big plans?
I plan to continue growing Weird Flex Edits LLC by expanding the range of creative services I offer and collaborating with more artists and brands to help bring their visions to life. I’m looking forward to taking on larger projects that push the boundaries of design and storytelling while also creating opportunities to mentor and inspire other creatives.
In the future, I hope to further establish my brand as a go-to resource for innovative visuals and continue building a community that celebrates individuality, community, and creativity. One of the big changes is that I just launched my first website, which will make it easier for clients to explore my work, connect with me, and bring their creative ideas to life.
