Today we’d like to introduce you to Te’ja Passmore.
Hi Te’ja, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My content creation journey began around the time I gave birth to my son. During that season, I experienced a deep struggle with postpartum depression, which ultimately drew me closer to God in a way I had never experienced before. Although I had been baptized and raised in the body of Christ the church of Christ, I realized I wasn’t fully living in alignment with His word.
That season became a turning point for me. I began leaning fully on Scripture and building a deeper relationship with God, which naturally led me to start sharing His truth with others. My content focuses on Scripture-centered conversations, sharing the gospel, and studying the Bible often alongside my husband as we connect with and encourage others.
What started as a personal journey of spiritual growth has grown into a platform that reaches people across the world. I’ve had the opportunity to study the Bible with individuals internationally, including in Nigeria, and continue to use my content to point others back to God and His word.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth journey. One of my biggest challenges has been consistency, especially during the early stages when I was navigating postpartum depression. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and not fully present, which made it difficult to stay consistent with creating and posting content.
I’ve also taken intentional breaks from social media to prioritize my mental and spiritual well-being, which I believe is important for longevity as a content creator. While those pauses may have slowed my momentum at times, they also helped me reset and return with more clarity and purpose.
Overall, I don’t view those challenges as setbacks, but as part of my journey. They’ve taught me discipline, balance, and the importance of staying grounded. I understand that everyone’s path looks different, and I’ve learned to keep moving forward without letting temporary obstacles define my progress.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I want to emphasize that being in Christ is the most important part of our journey. When we are baptized into Christ, we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 12:13). To be baptized, we must hear and believe the gospel (Romans 10:17; Mark 16:15–16), repent (Acts 2:38), confess our faith (Romans 10:9–10), be baptized (Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16), and continue living faithfully until death (Revelation 2:10) because salvation is an ongoing walk, not a “once saved, always saved” situation.
Christ came to this earth sinless (2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:22), died, was buried, and was resurrected for us (1 Corinthians 15:3–4). He is our ultimate example (1 Peter 2:21), and the Holy Spirit guides us as we follow Him (John 14:26; Romans 8:14).
It’s also important to be baptized into the one body of Christ, the Church of Christ (Romans 16:16) (1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:4–6), because Christ will return for His church (Ephesians 5:25–27; Revelation 19:7–8). Christ never intended for His followers to be divided into denominations (1 Corinthians 1:10; John 17:20–21). God’s plan was always for one unified church, the body of Christ. Baptism in the right body matters it’s about being in the family Christ is coming back for.
