Today we’d like to introduce you to Timothy Mille.
Timothy, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I have always been a creative person, in school as a little boy my skills were always painting and creating things. As I grew older I also developed computer skills and it came to be my hobby, I went to college in Europe majoring and majored in graphic design I have always said that graphic designing is the perfect mix of art and technology. My experience has mostly been in Europe since I moved to the U.S. only three years ago.
We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
I am an experienced graphic artist, my purpose is to always create a visual concept that inspire and captivate consumers by creating minimalist, clean and modern designs. I would say logo design is my strongest, first of all I personally think when you create a successful logo you have done 50% of the job, all the other aspects of creating an identity for a brand part from the logo. Although I also enjoy creating the whole identity of a project, sports related things, and websites. My goal is for the audience to say “that looks effortless and clean” when they see my designs.
What do you think it takes to be successful as an artist?
Success for me is customer satisfaction. If you created something for someone that exceeded his/her expectations, you have succeeded. I think as an artist that creates art for a clientele it is essential to be a good listener and try to understand the clients wants to be able to integrate it in your designs. For all artists it is essential to learn how to handle criticism, design and art is all about different tastes, not everybody is going to like your work and you need to be able to take it.
Do you have any events or exhibitions coming up? Where would one go to see more of your work? How can people support you and your artwork?
Our work is in every social media there is and in our website. We constantly publish our projects while we are working on them and the final so that the audience is part of the design process. The best way to support us is just by following us and recommendations.
