Meet Romina Grinberg of Compass

Today we’d like to introduce you to Romina Grinberg

Hi Romina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
When I first started in Miami, the market was very different from what it is today. The city has transformed dramatically, with incredible growth and development. Keeping up with that rapid change and staying ahead of market trends has been both a challenge and one of the most exciting aspects of working here. I began in real estate as an investor, before becoming a real estate agent. That hands-on experience of navigating the market from a personal perspective sparked my passion and eventually led me to make it my career.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like any career, real estate comes with its challenges, but those obstacles have shaped me into the professional I am today. One of the early hurdles I faced was learning to navigate Miami’s competitive market and differentiate myself in a saturated field. The vibrant, fast-paced environment means you have to constantly stay informed and ahead of trends, which is both a challenge and a motivation. Balancing work demands with personal life has also been a challenge. Real estate isn’t a 9-to-5 job, it requires you to be available 24/7, which can be demanding. That’s also part of what makes it fulfilling.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I work with the Ivan & Mike Team at Compass Florida. We specialize in Luxury Real Estate across Miami. The Team is the number 1 New Construction Team and number 2 selling team at Compass with over 1.5B in sales. We operate as a family leaning on one another for resources, expertise and their extended networks to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. We provide concierge level services backed by in depth market knowledge and integrity. I personally cover Miami Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour area.

How do you define success?
For me, success is about achieving a balance between personal fulfillment and professional accomplishment. It’s not just about closing deals, but about building lasting relationships with my clients and helping them achieve their dreams.
