Today, we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Catano.
Hi Adriana, I am so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After working as an actress and TV host for 20 years, I launched Catano Beauty vegan skincare in 2018. The reason is that after trying luxury skincare, medical grade skincare, and drug store quality skincare, none of them delivered on their promises.
I created a luxury skincare line that is attainable for all women in the United States and truly works. Most women write to me days after starting Catano Beauty and are thrilled with the results. Sometimes, they write to me that their husbands love the facial serums, and they end up purchasing our skin care for their hubbies.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like all new businesses, it is never a smooth road. There are always obstacles, but I see those obstacles as lessons that have been learned. You learn as you grow. There is nothing learned if we do not fail and learn from those failures.
There are always additional expenses compared to the ones you plan for as a small business owner. For example, if you plan on launching a business with $10,000.00, you plan to spend three times as much. Sometimes, there are also small issues with different types of packaging and little mishaps, but it’s all a lesson.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We specialize in vegan, cruelty-free skincare made from plants and botanicals since 2018. Our skincare can be used by every skin type and every age.
We have seen amazing results with women ages 18 through 65. CATANO BEAUTY works due to the natural, plant-derived ingredients that balance the PH level in your skin. I am most proud of the results and our excellent customer service.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me as a business owner are my customers. I feel so much joy when I read emails and direct messages on our social media from clients who have seen a huge difference in their skin.
In addition, I love animals, and there is absolutely no need to perform animal testing on innocent animals in laboratories. All skincare and beauty products should be vegan and cruelty-free. Animal testing should be illegal.
