Today we’d like to introduce you to Haile Pegues and Alain Garreaud.
Haile and Alain, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Alain started with historical renovations of Miami’s Coral Gable 1920’s homes. He eventually moved to Boca Raton and became full service construction company specializing in condo renovations. Haile is a licensed interior designer who had worked with Alain on several projects and in 2016, they decided to join forces and have since turned the company into a full service design-build renovation company based in Boca Raton.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We’ve been lucky that we (Alain and Haile) work and have always worked well together. We have also been blessed with really great clients on both sides who love recommending us to others and also continuing to work with us over the years.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about AFG Cronstruction and Design – what should we know?
We are most known and specialize in condo renovations. It’s a totally different game and we have really mastered the art of working in the buildings time constraints and rules/regulations.
We are also extremely service oriented. If it’s not right, we will fix it. We do not do anything we aren’t 100% proud to put our names on. We do not take shortcuts and we are open and honest with the clients. It may not always be what they want to hear, but we will always tell them the truth. We always put the clients first.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Being open and honest with clients, building relationships and trust with our clients. With us you always know what you are getting, there are no surprises and we stand by our work 100%.
