Hi Karla, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I always felt great enthusiasm for the area of health and studied physical therapy in my country of origin, Venezuela, graduating at the young age of 21.
After working for more than 7 years with different types of patients in the area of neurology, pediatrics, traumatology, and oncology I decided to expand my knowledge and experience by moving to the United States.
In the United States, I became greatly interested in massage, rehabilitation, and manual therapy. After gaining vast experience in this field as an Advanced Licensed Massage Therapist, I decided to open my own physical therapy and massage center, Clinical and Therapeutic Massage by Karla.

I specialize in many aspects of massage and physical rehabilitation. I am the first Advanced Licensed Massage Therapist in the area of Homestead FL to combine massage and physical therapy treatments in all my sessions.
One of the things that I feel differentiates me is the love I feel for what I do. I always try to go beyond the basis of a massage or therapy to find the solution to a pain or dysfunction. I like to feel that my patients can count on me to find the solution to their pain, physical problems, or limitations.
How do you think about luck?
Luck has played a part, but hard work and strategic decisions have been equally crucial. I am a firm believer in God and know that everything that I have accomplished and future triumphs are His will.
