I’ve been a private chef for Lil Wayne, Dewayne “The Roc” Johnson, and several elite families and royalty. I started this steakhouse to teach my 3 adult sons and teenage daughter the role and duties of a private chef.

We are C. L. A. S. S. Soirée Steakhouse. Culinary Luxury and Superb Service.
We are a 20-seat all-American steakhouse. Our restaurant is run by a team of private chefs. No waiters, bartenders, or bussers. The chefs take care of the guests and wait for them.
I’m proud of my team and how they care about service standards. We set ourselves apart by providing personal chef service to guests.
