The Founders of Golfgate, LLC, Uriel Rubinov and Johan Mihkelson Ringqvist were introduced through a mutual acquaintance in 2017. Uriel and Johan both expressed interest in working together through a partnership in South Florida golf tourism and golf course acquisition. The mutually desired objective is to acquire a golf course in South Florida with hotel and/or residential real estate development opportunities.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Right now we are focusing on our possibility’s rather than the challenges that lies ahead.

What has been the proudest moment of your career so far?
Uriel Rubinov is a Co-Founder and acts as local Florida Partner for the Company. Mr. Rubinov is currently the Director of Credit Veritas US, LLC. Previously, Mr. Rubinov is familiar with businesses associated with finance, real estate, hospitality, development and construction. Mr. Rubinov is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and New York.
Johan Mihkelson Ringqvist is a Co-Founder and acts as a local Sweden Partner for the Company. Mr. Mihkelson Ringqvist is also the Owner and Founder of Ekholmsnäs Golf Club (Sweden). Ekholmsnäs Golf Club is the largest by member count, golf club in the world with over 23,000 members. Ekholmsnäs Golf Club subsidiaries include Swedish Golf Alliance (golf platform for non-Swedish golf members), GolfBook (social golf platform), Le Club Sweden (world’s largest gold alliance with 700 golf courses), and Tee To Green Sweden AB (golf property management company).
