Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriela Rodriguez.
Hi Gabriela, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I had the privilege of being born in Venezuela, foreign attorney, doctor in medical law and bioethics master’s in business administration, and life coach certified.
I arrived in this great nation in 2015 in search of new opportunities. I love to constantly study and find ways to self-improve. I graduated with a Master in Business Administration in USA, never imagining that God would open doors of opportunities in a completely new area for me: Aesthetic Medicine.
Since 2016, Olam started writing a new chapter in the story of my life. It was a great challenge of entrepreneurship and learning; I have learned to appreciate the significant impact that self-love has as well as feeling good about myself. I feel grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to be side by side with extraordinary women with me on this journey.
I am known for being quiet, analytical, studious, and passionate to learn, and keep improving every day to put my knowledge at the service of this family that makes up Olam Med Spa. I am here to help develop the finest tools that provide the best experience and quality of service to our clients. My passion is seeing our success stories, growth, and development that we have had as a team.
I understood how the system works and created multiple businesses. From skin care retail store, business consulting, and vacation rental property management. I am constantly looking for opportunities for constant growth and I am grateful to this country that opened its doors for me and has allowed me to develop my personal and professional skills satisfactorily.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The mental process of unlearning to be able to learn new ways and adapt to different culture, rules, protocols, models, structures of the country. It is not easy to get out of the comfort zone, however, it is necessary to get a little uncomfortable to take the necessary step and actions. The process of being an immigrant represents a challenge that requires greater effort and determination to achieve my goals.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My law degree is not applicable to the United States. However, experience and knowledge have been essential for my professional growth.
Therefore, I focus on the art of managing businesses and optimizing business processes, which build solid and profitable businesses. In other words, I dedicate myself to the art of multiplying money and creating new business opportunities. I financially manage the companies I lead and find ways to generate money that creates more money through business chains.
I spend my day between numbers, projections, and graphs, studying and evaluating processes, training myself to have optimal administration and financial management, and expanding into other opportunities.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Wow, I have a lot of nice memories. But without a doubt the best ones included the laughs with the cousins at grandma’s house. We have many funny anecdotes.
