Today we’d like to introduce you to Zay Patino.
Hi Zay, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m 27 – June 11 1995. Born and raised in Perth Amboy, NJ. I had a rough upbringing coming up from moving a lot, switching schools and pretty much never being settled in somewhere. I eventually did get settled in at around 4th grade and lived a fun childhood. Being younger I always wanted to be a model, I actually got signed to ReQuest Models in NYC in 2016. I did fashion week in 2017, did a small show.. never got any work or broke into the industry though. At the time, I was working as a Service Technician… I eventually took the leap in 2018 and transferred to a site in Miami where when I was feeling stagnant in Jersey, the MIA lifestyle woke me up. I’m now a Technician at JLL, but I do other things on the side as well. My current goal now is to get into Multi-Family property. As for my other endeavors, I own a marketing agency Called ‘Upscale Metrics’, where I run ads, search engine optimization, and website optimization for companies. I’m also a Men’s lifestyle/dating coach, I make videos on Patreon helping Men out and being a motivator.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It’s been a smooth road with a bit of small setbacks. Always keep a positive spirit and keep pushing forward – a new door always opens for me. Law of attraction.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m currently a Lead Technician for JLL. I specialize in robotics and advanced conveyor systems. I also run a marketing agency where I run ads, search engine optimization, website building, client outreach for company’s. I have a patreon where I teach dating advice and lifestyle coaching for men. What sets me apart from others is I could set my mind on something, lock in and not lose focus. When I want something done, it gets done.
