Dwhight Molina (Caracas, November 17, 1982 -) is a Venezuelan writer, author of the books “This is how an immigrant prospers” and “The eight codes of prosperity”; He is considered one of the people who has approached the issue of migration in the United States, from a human point of view, both in his literary work and in press writings for various media outlets in Latin America. He is currently CEO of the company Dwhight Molina LLC based in Doral in the city of Miami.
As a writer, he has addressed issues related to the economy and aspects of the migratory processes in the United States and is known for being one of the authors who has written the most about this fact on social networks and in print media spaces, television and radio stations in the American nation.
He emigrated at the age of 33 from Venezuela to the United States and settled in New York City, where he began to work as a merchant and based on his experience, he wrote a book where he narrates his anecdotes and presents a series of knowledge of the correct use of the law, the American institutions and how the migratory processes should be adequately approached.
He is the host of a program called “Welcome America” broadcast by EVTV in the city of Miami, where he interviews people who are an example of success after going through the immigration law process and starting to work in the United States. This television program is dedicated to the Latino population who wants to work and live legally in the United States. With this program, he won the Telly Awards Gold award in its 2020 edition.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
He faced cultural change, starting with the language, a major barrier when arriving in a new place, but for him it was an incentive to give his best, so he applied and adapted to this new place.
