Today we’d like to introduce you to Marlene Dubois.
Marlene, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started this school 30 years ago to help people in the community. I have helped drop out school students, single mom, people with unemployment problem get a job in the Health care industry.
My school offer home health aide training, CPR and first aid, nursing assistant courses. It’s my pleasure to help each and everyone of my students succeed in the real world.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s a struggle with regular business life. But I have manage to hand in there.
Marlene’s training center – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am always available for my students for life. When they join Marlene training they become part of my family.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I am so happy because upon completion of the courses. My students have jobs waiting on them. They get to pick who they want to work for. I am happy when I see them happy.
