So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was born and raised in Lagos Nigeria. I came to United States in 2010, and shortly after my arrival I started working for the Marriott hotel as a lead cook, and quickly worked my way up by learning the different techniques and by following the executive chef leadership. From early age I realize that I have passion for cooking. I had the opportunity to learn and work with my grandparents in a family own catering business. My inspiration is the love that I have for food. I have more than 10 years’ worth of experience in the culinary field that focus on healthy cuisines. My personal commitment to my business and clients is to continue to learn and study about the relationship of food, health and nutrition.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road especially coming from a diff culture and accent but with patient, endurance with hard working and keep believing

I define success as being the best at what I do, to deliver top notch service that’s sets myself apart from others. To be able to wake up every day and love what I do.
