Da’jana, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
When I was a little girl, I’ve always been in love with jewelry as I started growing up, I would wear these meaningful bangles. That’s when I realized that’s what I wanted to sell. I started off in March, selling just bangles and bracelets. Throughout the months, I’ve expanded and started selling bracelets, bangles, lashes, lip gloss, etc. At first, sales weren’t as good back then, but of course, it wouldn’t be. As of now, I ship off orders every other day. I’m proud to be where I am and I’m happy that this is what I wanted to do. The outcome is amazing and the reviews I get are what make me love what I do.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The struggles along the way we’re finding the things people would like… everyone has a different style and choice of fashion. At that point, I just started selling everything I thought people would like. Not just female, males too.

I’m known for my sweet and kind customer service skills. I’m most proud of the growth and improvement over the few months I’ve started the business… What sets me apart from others are that even though we all sell the same thing, my prices aren’t as high and I make myself comfortable with any client/customer. I specialize in charming jewelry, hence the name xo.charms… I will be added new merchandise so please stay tuned.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Nothing, greatness comes from mistakes and I wouldn’t change anything at all.
