So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
TRAINED2GO Soccer Academy was founded on the desire to help players from all skill levels and economic backgrounds use an affordable and high-quality supplemental training platform to improve their game. We started training in 2017 with five players and have now grown to over 80 players today. Over the last three years, we have created a positive impact and reputation in the Miami community and look forward to serving more families with high-quality soccer training.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road is never smooth! Each year we are met with new challenges that ask us to solve problems. Two of the major problems we are solving today are lowering the cost of and improving the quality of supplemental training. Growing, building and connecting with our TRAINED2GO families and meeting their needs has been an awesome and humbling learning experience. We pay close attention to what our players and parents need from us by staying in constant communication and openly asking for feedback. We value what they say and we do our best to serve them while giving the players exactly what they need to become masters of the game. We have learned a lot from our challenges and are still learning today. We will continue to use them to make positive outcomes!

We are a supplemental soccer training academy that provides virtual training, field training, indoor training, camps, and clinics. We believe that the ability to deliver supplemental training is key to the success of any athlete. While clubs and schools focus on the team at large, supplemental training focuses on the player and pushes them to self-mastery. This training is needed in order to work on the development of the athlete as a whole, to better prepare the individual to enter the team environment.
Our team of professionals takes care of each player and parent from soccer training to technical support to customer care. We value quality, growth, community, positivity, and integrity and we are proud to represent these characteristics within our company.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If we had to start over, we would definitely have implemented systems early on to better organize the academy. Financially, time managing, you name it! Organization is one of the most important lessons we have learned to practice as a small business/start-up. Without it, your vision is foggy and it is difficult to navigate!
