Today we’d like to introduce you to Sade Smith.
Sade, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
So, it was around November the idea came to me about gift-giving. I’m a person with a big heart, so I’m always giving to others; at times, people are ungrateful with what you give them. I was in my head thinking, instead of giving normal people like friends and family Christmas Gifts who are undeserving of it because they are not appreciative of getting something, why not give to people who doesn’t have it. I came up with the idea of giving to the homeless community, which is how I started Dizzle Box. Giving to others is something I’ve been doing my whole life and I think that is God’s purpose for me on Earth. Through Dizzle Box, I’ll strive to make the world a better place.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It isn’t always a smooth road because there are days when I get discouraged and scared due to things not happening how I pictured or planned it out to be. One thing I must say; God always shows up when you least expect him to and change things around. There have been times when I was worried that we wouldn’t have enough donations to meet our goals, but nevertheless God has never let us down. With him we can always meet our target goal.
Please tell us about Dizzle Box Foundation.
Dizzle Box Foundation Inc is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization established in December 2018. Our main purpose is to help less fortunate individuals and families in need. As a company, we are proud to say everything that we have accomplished as far as getting established as a Nonprofit is all from Me, self-teaching myself and doing research to educate myself on becoming a Nonprofit. I find joy in learning something new everyday and I spend most of my free time investing in getting Dizzle Box to the next level.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I really don’t believe luck has anything to do with what is destined to be. I believe that everything this Business is about has always been apart of my life from a little age to now. I have often questioned God as to why he’s given me a big heart like he gave me. It only hit me that he’s been getting me ready for what was to come; Dizzle Box Foundation.
