Meet Sebastian Maroli

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sebastian Maroli.

Sebastian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started my journey at the age of 17 by being promoted to manager of the gym I worked at. By having good mentors, and having a passion for the health and wellbeing of my clients, I became a Personal Trainer and Coach.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Given I came from Argentina to the US 5 ½ years ago, it came with challenges given I’m in a new country, not very fluent in English, not knowing anyone, and not having any work experience to refer to when trying to obtain a job.

We’d love to hear more about your work.
I am now a successful Coach and Personal Trainer at Miami Strength and Fitness Club in the Pinecrest/Kendall/Falls area. I help clients achieve their health goals, whether it’s someone trying to lose weight to have a better self-esteem about themselves to having clients competing in bodybuilding competitions which is the most extreme version of building a physique. I have a knack for doing body transformations which require not only my experience but the dedication of my clients to achieve these goals.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
NOTHING, I believe Miami is an excellent place to live and work in, especially in my industry given health and having a nice physique is a priority for many. I would definitely recommend this City as starting grounds for anyone in this business.
