Loni, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
After studying for long and still being in need for answers and depth, my path found me. Its the path of purpose, meaning and love. The path of living an inspired life that inspires others to live to their maximum capacity with passion & freedom.
Has it been a smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road and it still isn’t. The biggest obstacles have been programming, culture, outside approval, fear of the unknown between others.

I’m a Holistic Teacher & Coach. I give classes/sessions in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Sound Healing, Chakra alignment, Art therapy & Holistic coaching. I specialize in guiding others to live a more present & intentional life. As they go inwards, they can calm the mind, discover themselves, live Lighter, with less anxiety, more passionately through alternative modalities and constant support. Self-love, Self-realization, Purpose & Action. I’m proud as I’m self-made basically because all I teach/do and say is what I’ve experienced for the past 13 years of practice. I rely & believe in commitment, Integrity, dedication, love and Naturalness as the pillars of my practice.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Traveling more. Doing more workshops and events. Online classes and a space.
