Today we’d like to introduce you to Chardeline Vigne.
Chardeline, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Growing up, I always looked at my Dad as my hero. He was an entrepreneur who owned a gasoline business in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I loved the fact that he was in charge, took care of his family and I enjoyed watching him count all the money when he got home and thinking to myself, “This is what I want to do that!”. However, instead of jumping into being a business owner, I tapped into retail. Since the age of 17, while I was obtaining my undergraduate degree, I worked at numerous high-end stores like Gap, Armani Exchange, True Religion & Nordstrom.
At the age of 27, I was overworking for people, especially since I had my first son, Daniel “DJ” Richard. I didn’t want to miss any special moments with my son so I started a couple of small business such as a clothing boutique and party designer, let’s just say, I realized that I wanted more money, time freedom, and there were too many risks involved. I even started couponing to save some money; let just say I would rather just grab what I need from the stores with no coupons.
When death hit my family, I had to figure out things very fast, even if I wasn’t ready. Although my mother and I wasn’t very close, I would always give her honor just because. Till this day, it feels unreal but you must remember to keep moving forward!
My second son Devin Kenzo was born July 8, a year after burying my mother and to be honest, I felt so lost. One day, a guy friend of mine who has shared many opportunities with me told me to come listen to another opportunity. I decided to go because at that point, I was rebuilding, reinventing myself and I was more open-minded. I wanted to leave my two boys with a legacy and generational wealth, the two “D”‘s stand for Daniel & Devin.
In beginning, I truly wasn’t focused. I was wasting time, and I knew that, however, I made a commitment one day. I told myself that after I came back from Columbia for my birthday, I was going to close my first property, and I did just that. Within a month of leaving Medellin, I closed on my first property in Liberty City and the rest is history. I’m a visual person, the way I learned the process was hands-on, so I promised myself if I ever taught inspiring investors to do what to do. The money was the icing on the cake, the process changed me.
Although I was doing well in the business, I noticed that I was tired allot and had no energy to even play with my kids. It was business and back home, truthfully that wasn’t how I wanted to live my life. I wanted wealth, but I didn’t want to be dead tired that I couldn’t even enjoy the harvest. I’ve always ate pretty healthy but I was missing vitamins, I needed to detox, and I didn’t know I was battling with postpartum.
We all know that when going into business, it can take a toll on your health. You’re putting everyone; first, you’re skipping meals, not taking vitamins, but you’re on the go nonstop. However, once I was introduced my now part-time health & wellness business, Total Life Changes, my business took off. I had more energy, my mood changed, I started detoxing my body with CBD tea which relaxed my body after a long day on the field, drinking my liquid vitamin, Nutraburst and taking my NRG which helped with my postpartum.
As a result, I wasn’t tired when I got home, my mood changed, I woke up with so much energy to be a mommy and jump out there in the streets to help families, everyone was happy! Most people don’t understand that without health, true wealth will not be obtained. You can have money, but you can’t buy health, sign me up for both.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has not I trusted in God and I learned to really believe in my self. I now know that BELIEF is mandatory when it comes to reaching your goals, I understand that he is my Growing up in a Haitian household, we didn’t speak affirmations or pursued self-development, however I understood in order for things to change, I had to reprogram my mind. I started following my Coach, Coach Stormy, reading books like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles.
Also, I started my Total Life Changes journey and got through my first triple real estate deal on those affirmations that she created. “I will hear the voice of the Holy Spirit within, I will lead and not follow, I will create and not destroy… I am a leader… I am wealthy, I’m healthy… I will never be broke another day in my life…”. Those words spoke to me, and I quickly found out what I say, think, and speak is so powerful and detrimental to my future.
I wouldn’t call anything that molded me or my business, and my life a struggle at all. It’s all in how you look at it. Once I was conscience and refused to play the victim, things began to change and I started attracting what I was putting out in the universe. I’m a champion & a Leader, without self-development, I wouldn’t be where I am.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Where do I start! Our city is changing every day and evolving so that inspires me to grow with it. There’s a lot of richness and wealth in our city and truth be told, I want to continue to be around such environments. It is definitely a privilege to be able to drive to take a drive to Miami Beach, pass Star Island, take a troll in Bal Harbor, and still enjoy the ride home to Miami Lakes. On the other hand, as much as I love the mentioned cities within Dade County, there’s nothing like Miami Gardens, which the first Major happens to be my lovely line sister, Shirley Gibson. By the way, I’m a Delta. Lol! Homecomings at Florida Memorial is always a vibe and the richness in Opa-Locka is unfolding right before our eyes again. So I love our City!
The least part about our city is the division. Although it will take “WE” to win the fight, doing our part every is so important. The people need to know we care, and how can we do that is by being more present and involved. I truly believe it will get better, it has to.
