Arian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I was born in Cuba in 1979, there I lived and studied until I was 16 years old and I got a contract to work on a cruise ship company. Throughout my adolescent life, I struggled to have a better future, a professional development that would lead me to obtain work and personal success. I worked for more than six years on the cruise ships, and I achieved a brilliant career that led me to be a Cruise Entertainment Director. Over the years and after having traveled more than 169 countries, I decided to settle on land and continue my development towards success in different ways. In Italy, I got great achievements, but my goal started getting closer in 2010 when I decided to move to the United States. Great opportunities began to come to my life. That was when in 2014, I managed to create a business in Miami with my partner Carlos Ayala (with more than 20 years of experience in Marketing – Corporate and Financial Industry).
Giltydream, a business that revolutionized the event industry. We are dedicated to curate events for all different types of customers. It is dedicating our experience in the production of private and corporate celebrations and outrageous moments. Over the years, we have managed to be official suppliers of important companies from different fields and we have earned a distinguished reputation. Our passion, talent and commitment are shown in every detail of what we do. We connect with our clientele at an emotional level that allows us to create the most indelible memories. For us the best recognition is the results and recommendation of our clients!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to success in life is never easy. To achieve great things, we must make great sacrifices. Being an immigrant throughout my entire life has encouraged me to grow and develop more strongly and effectively. The obstacles I faced were many, starting from learning one or several languages to achieve better communication, spending sleepless nights studying or developing a business plan, dealing with people who did not trust or believe in my vision and move forward always alone through the road to success.

I am a dreamer who has achieved great challenges and with many future plans. Through my work, my business, not only do we visualize a future full of blessings and more achievements, but we are developing a growth plan that includes being able to help people in need and create more jobs. We want to continue increasing the creation of unforgettable events where the people who attend live a unique experience, giving a deeper meaning to the message that each client wishes to convey.
