Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Rojas.
Pamela, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
This is a story as I imagine there are thousands, everything started one day and when my husband told me that he wanted to make some homemade burgers but not with that bread that we get in the supermarkets, that if I dared to make the bread for that lunch.
I told him that I had never worked a dough for bread but that to please him I would dare, that was the first time I touched a dough of bread, when I saw how good they had been in the next morning he told me that because I wasn’t trying to make that sweet bread that even after I was 25 years old I lived in this country I still missing from mine of and so it was, I shared it on my social networks and Realized that It was not the only one that extracted those flavors, my more direct friends asked me to make them for them and so what today is sunflower bakery.
Has it been a smooth road?
At the beginning of every project, we always find obstacles, such as time, the space to work, knock on doors so that others dare to try your products, they are things that we have overcome over time the dedication and work.

This is a completely family-owned company, where most of the time it is me who takes over everything, from the purchase of the materials to the moment when our products arrive at the table of our customers work with top quality raw material, and each of our products carries all the love and passion you need so that whoever tries it in some way is transported to your country. Sunflower bakery, unlike other companies, strives to bring to each home those flavors and aromas that we so strange
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I definitely think I am in the right place at the right time, we live in a state with a huge Latino population, those families who miss those flavors that we offer them.
To all those people who have a Project and entrepreneurship, the only advice I can give you is to follow your dreams, not to give up that THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.
