Jojuania, Jakiya and Jada, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
With a thriving career as a professional cosmetologist and mother of five amazing beings, giving up is an action phrase that I have opted from my vocabulary. I’ve strapped up my battle boots and joined the war to create a better life for myself and the people around me. Once upon a time, I thought that the only fight I had in me consisted of swollen faces, black eyes and bruises that would scar my opponent forever. Boy, did I love to brawl. Now, I’m fighting for a greater purpose, one of meaning. Today, I’m fighting for the win.
I’m a resident of Miami Gardens, Florida. I’ve been blessed with five beautiful children who have assisted in my growth as a woman and provider. My five children are also entrepreneurs 20 year also does hair 17 years old has a boutique and also braid hair and 13 years old is an author and upcoming stylist seven years and 4-year-old have books coming out in mid-Nov 2020
What started out as a hobby eventually became my soul source of income in adulthood. I’m the proud owner of snappy hair studio LLC, where I transform women’s crowns. As comical as it may sound, there’s truth in my short and sassy tagline. From nappy to snappy. I’ve recently ventured into product-based income along with the hair services provided for my clients.
Within two years, my win will consist of a mobile salon that I will travel the world with. After reaching goals that I had set for myself years ago, I know that this, too, can be accomplished.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has not been a smooth road being an Entrepreneur comes with a lot of ups and downs but how you handle it when your down determines how the road will end

I’m a hairstylist I’m known for those famous roller sets lol I also make my own all-natural hair products what set me apart from others?? I’m snappy with it.
How do you define success?
I define success by Continuing create opportunities that’s going to keep empowering my kids to make them become better leaders in the community. The way i would define success with be, being able to push through any obstacle that is thrown my way,to continue to push myself to do better each and every time, also to stay positive and take each win or lose like a boss. I would also say that to me it means not having to worry about health or wealth struggles
