Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolina Rojas.
Carolina, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve always had an interest in fashion. When I was in elementary school, I would draw outfits and different styles I thought would be cool to see. At a young age, I already had a sense of style and despite whatever was trending, I always stayed true to my style. Then, years later, I began to have an interest in food. After years of encouragement from my friends and family I decided to open my food blog. But that’s when one of my friend’s suggested to make it a lifestyle page. I listened to her advice and I am so happy I did! It has definitely opened a few doors for me 🙂
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nope! From a young age, I’ve had to experience loss, disappointment, negativity, and pain. But through it all, I’ve learned that it’s not what we go through that defines who we are as a person. It’s what you make yourself out of it. Despite everything I’ve been through in such a short period of time, I’ve tried making the best out of every tough situation. Life goes on. You need to move forward not backwards. As to the blog, sometimes I worry that my posts won’t be liked or relatable to others. But boy am I wrong! The posts I worry the most about are the ones that receive the most love!!

I post about Miami’s delicious and affordable eats. I also post about fashion, home decor, and things to do in Miami. Miami is a special city. It truly is wonderful. But we all know how expensive it is. Shopping and having fun shouldn’t be a burden. Through my page I share affordable eats and finds to having a good time in Miami! It brings me so much joy when people reach out for tips on dining and more information on my adorable finds, which many times include designer items that are seriously marked down!! I strive my best to be versatile in the content on my page.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I should’ve listened to everyone sooner! I would’ve started on the blog years ago!!!
