Today we’d like to introduce you to Danny Calafell.
Danny, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Born in Miami, I grew up in a broken home, no direction, no ambition and surrounded myself with the wrong crowd. This lead me to many issues growing up involving Drugs and bad situations.
At age 17, I took up boxing as it was encouraged by my father. Once I started in the gym, that became my new obsession and I couldn’t stop. I fell in love with the sport and at that moment it became my focus. I turned Professional and while doing so, built an innumerous amount of business and entertainment contacts.
For 18 years, I trained and worked alongside nothing, but world champions and world-class fighters.
I formed a record label in 2011 because I’ve always had a passion for music. Only, I didn’t see it going as big as I wanted it to, or taking me as far in the business world as I wanted to go.
Learning and surrounding myself with highly successful entrepreneurs pushed me toward corporate business and that’s when I started my company, Triworld.
Diving into sales and dissecting everything there was to know about both that and business, created even more relationships and opportunities for both myself and my company. I’ve learned and established relationships with some of the most successful people and as I continue on my journey, I continue to offer guidance and advice through my areas of expertise; Business, sales and strategy.
I enjoy helping others achieve their goals and attain the things they want most.
My company Triworld is considered one of the top business consulting and marketing firms in the country with relationships consisting of some of the largest teams and companies globally. In addition to my company, I’m a speaker, motivator and networker.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road is never smooth. You either learn from the mistakes of others or your own.
As for me, I learned from both and continue to do so.
Struggles will always be: business relationships and deals gone bad, tough decision making, sacrifices, time and risks. Just to name a few.

Triworld is a business consulting and marketing firm and we primarily focus on small to mid-sized businesses. These range from about a million and up in revenue to a few hundred million.
We offer business consulting, Sales training Academy – (two of the top sales training programs in the world), Digital and traditional Marketing (one of the top teams in the country) and software development.
What sets us apart is we are experts in every area we offer and I’m proud of the fact that we have the ability to help the companies we have and continue to.
We continue pushing toward becoming more well known in order to continue helping businesses reach their goals.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
None, luck is created by you. Sometimes, small things happen out of “luck” but it’s mostly the results that come from the choices you make. I am where I am, and where I’m headed towards, because of my decisions whether good or bad, not luck.
