Today we’d like to introduce you to Sancheir Austin.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My passion for life started on the beautiful island of Antigua. When I migrated to the US. In 2002, I knew my purpose was bigger than life. At the age of 14, I learned the art of manifesting my desires. Everything I’ve achieved, I claimed. I knew I would be a successful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. And because of these successful relationships, I am a successful businesswoman, mentor, and employee.
Growing up, I saw my parents work so hard in a foreign country to make ends meet. Looking back at it, they probably only had $500 when we got to Miami. I could only assume because although we had nothing, to my little 11-year-old mind, we had everything America had to offer. To see what my Mom and Dad gained these last 18 years is my biggest inspiration. Because of their determination, I could fulfill my wildest dreams, It so happens to be going back to my home country of Antigua to Mentor Teenage girls.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Life hasn’t been super hard for me. I guess I’m saying that because I feel like people have real struggles compared to mine. My biggest struggle in life is procrastinating. OMG, I would show up late to my funeral if it was possible. Well, the old me would. Becoming a mother made me value my time much more. (well I still don’t fold my laundry right away) but, who does?
In undergrad, I was a horrible student. Although smart and easily taught, I waited for the last minute to submit everything. But I never gave up, and that’s KEY. I encourage everyone to keep running your race and stay in your lane.
The day I enrolled in real estate school, I told myself, there’s no stopping until the finish line. Right after passing my state exams on the first attempt, I enrolled back into college to get my last degree. It was like someone lit a match under my rare end.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Sancheir Austin Real Estate story. Tell us more about the business.
I started my Real Estate company in December 2018. I partnered my business with (The pearl realty group) in Pembroke Pines Florida. My passion has been helping women age (18-40) realize how realistic and homeownership is. We tend to fear what we don’t understand and if I could be that bridge of knowledge for my peers that’s all I really need.
This year my confirmation for my success in real estate came when I sold my first listing in 1 DAY! ON MY BIRTHDAY.
What makes me different from other realtors in my community is my honesty and commitment to my clients. I don’t want them to just to buy a home. I want them to understand how they benefit from owning one as well.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Luck, it seems to me, presumes that there’s no one in control. I’m in control of my life, and with God’s Guidance I make decisions and the universe gives me results.
