Today we’d like to introduce you to Oriana Campbell.
Oriana, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I was raised in a family of entrepreneurs, both my mom and dad worked full time jobs while running their own local business in New Rochelle, NY. Watching them accomplish their goals working for themselves was honestly the starting point for me. At the age of 16, my stepdad took me under his wing and helped me to enroll in school as well as taught me just about everything I needed to know about designing websites and the rest was history. I found I had a true passion for wanting to help others to be successful. More specifically helping Entrepreneurs find their way and create revenue for their families. Today I am the Owner of O.C Designz a business development company. We offer an array of services that help Entrepreneurs with starting their own business as well as growing their current business.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
This has most certainly not been smooth, but then again is it ever a smooth road when you have a big dream as aspirations. I am the mother of three boys, one of which does has special needs. Motherhood has been one of the biggest changing points in my life. I would be lying I said it was easy, but they make it all worth it. I know that despite the struggles I face today, I am paving the way for them so they won’t have to experience the struggles I did.
Please tell us about your business.
I have two main companies at the moment that I am known for. I have O.C. Designz, this is my business development company. At O.C. Design we work with business owners in multiple areas including web design, online marketing & branding. We most recently started offering classes to entrepreneurs to help team them the skills they need to be successful.
My 2nd business is four The Culture Ent. an entity or 4 The Culture Talk Show, this is my Artist Management & Development company. Currently, I manage three local artists based in Orlando, FL. I also work with independent artists looking to further develop their craft in different areas of importance.
I am most proud of my ability to help others and have such positive feedback from all my supporters & clients. My business has grown greatly with word of mouth, I believe if you provide a great service people will refer others to you and that has helped me tremendously to date.

I would like to give credit to Derek my best friend and the Founder of ‘4 The Culture’. He has taught me a lot when it comes to networking and building relationships. His advice has helped me to grow as an Entrepreneur and Business Women tremendously over the past few years. Without support from the ones closest to you, we are helpless.
I would also like to thank all my clients for being amazingly supportive over the past four years and being the biggest contributor to the growth of my brand through your incredible support in so many ways.
