I opened my real estate brokerage close to 6 years ago with the ambition to be different, unique & stand out from the crowd. Fast forward my brokerage is now 39 agents, closing millions of dollars in sales per month, hiring the best people, building a one of a kind brand and growing exponentially organically. My methodology is to lead by example, fully mentor my agents, work together in true team to service our customers, focus on the affluent real estate investor, completely master marketing, globally connect our agency to the world & build the strongest brand that anyone in all of South Florida has ever seen. Every day is a gift as my vision & goals get one step closer to my true realty.

A true leader & professional embraces all of their setbacks in life. Success has been a hard process to build my name and brokerage but I would not have it any other way.
Every time I fail at something I embrace it. I use it to perfect my craft & learn from the experience. Learn enough times and you master & dominate your industry. This experience is the only way to grow in life 🙂

I own a luxury real estate brokerage in Miami Beach. We specialize in high end real estate & the affluent real estate investor. I am proud to work with 39 other motivated & dedicated agents like myself. We work as a true team. When you hire any one of us to sell your property it’s like hiring 39 realtors at the same time. All of us market your listing to our databases as a whole. In essence we are all trained to completely pool our resources to achieve our goals 🙂
I also mentioned I lead by brokerage by example to inspire my agents. This includes being on international TV, being featured in multiple publications, public speaking on the topic of real estate, participating in numerous organizations / charities, listings millions of dollars in properties, having a global database & having one of the largest social media following in all of South Florida that is 100% organic in nature. I have found that the best way to lead is to show people what is possible & what is expected of them 🙂

I love the growth and potential of Miami. The city is booming with development & it always will for another 100 years 🙂 There is nothing impartial I could say negative about Miami except watch out for those hurricanes when season hits 🙂
