Solved Puzzle was born 5 years ago, when 2 entrepreneurs started generating ideas on how they wanted to help other businesses with high-quality affordable solutions. They put tons of time, effort, knowledge, and brainstorming until they made it a reality with the help of an investor. We have been constantly expanding and today we have an excellent team of professionals specialized in each specific area. We are extremely proud and grateful for our team and our clients who have been helping us grow.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
To be honest, I don’t think any new company has an easy start, every business goes through certain obstacles along the road and it is there when entrepreneurs make front to the hardest challenges and only if those entrepreneurs are passionate and persistent enough, they will achieve the goal.
The most important part is the mentality. An entrepreneur will always face challenges and the bigger you grow, the bigger the problems. At first, we struggled to get clients and now we struggled to hire high-quality staff that helps us to satisfy the demand.
There are several challenges in the beginning, like low cash flow, wearing many hats while you are able to hire staff, crazy working schedules and days without sleep. But, we believe that the hardest thing is to acquire a set of mind that makes you unstoppable, to have such determination that you won’t stop until you get there.
The hardest thing is to realize that passion is not enough, that you need to believe in yourself and your business, that you need to seed consistently and to be patient, that you need to focus on enjoying the journey and that even a bad day becomes a good one if you have the right perspective.

I am the head of accounts, so I specialize in providing outstanding customer service to our clients, making sure all their requirements are being taken care of in an appropriate and effective way. We are a client oriented agency so we definitely don’t just provide a service and deliver it, we accompany our client through all the process, making sure that he/she is receiving excellent results. We are really proud to have such an amazing team, we have SEO specialists, social media managers, community managers, digital marketing managers, web designers, animators and several designers that back up our work.
