Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadine Pierre.
Nadine, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
In 2004, I gave birth to a baby girl. I needed money, so I figured I’d get my real estate license to become an investor. I’d get to know the industry and buy my own homes. In 2006, I got my real estate license and purchased my first home! My real estate career was a part-time Gig at first. I worked two jobs and sold homes in my spare time. I needed more time with my baby and was tired of corporate America, so I took a jump of faith and quit my full-time job making close to 80k a year. My first year as a full-time agent was challenging. I struggled. I had to find other ways to supplement my income. Mary Kay, ACN, Amway, soap, travel vouchers, etc… if it was legal, I tried it!
Fast forward many, many years later, I have a strong, reputable and growing real estate career nearly doubling what I walked away from. I transform lives, I help people achieve life goals. It’s become my purpose to help families get a piece of the American dream!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Oh, no! It’s been a bumpy ride! My first year I made 5k in my spare time! This was 2006. I told myself. “This is a piece of cake!” Shortly after that, I realized this is real WORK! One of the biggest challenges I faced was adjusting to the different personality types I work with. I had to learn patience. I had to learn to let go. I had to learn to move on. I once showed 85 homes to a client who canceled the transaction last minute. 85! I was hurt, I was disappointed… but I learned sooo much from that! It’s so easy to see the success, but as real estate professionals, we face more challenges than people know.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Miss Dine- The Realtor – what should we know?
I’m a liaison between people’s real estate dreams and reality. I’m like a fairy godmother for my clients. I help create possibilities. I’m a realtor! I specialize in selling real estate throughout South Florida. Across the country through a strong referral network, I am limitless to the lives I can help change. My work ethic is untouchable! I pride myself in always putting the needs of my clients first. I learned many, many years ago… when you appreciate your clients, your business appreciates. For me, it’s always more than just real estate.

So many people have helped me! Professionally, I’ve had so many people being the example. From my old bosses in corporate America who recommended books for me to read to other badass real estate professionals and entrepreneurs that’s been so resourceful to my growth. I’m surrounded by loved ones who believe in me, support me, and cheer me on! My best friend helps me see the big picture when it’s not so clear. It’s extremely important to have positive souls around me. I need the energy to be the best version of myself. I’m forever grateful for my village!
