Zoe Cassell of Fort Lauderdale on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Zoe Cassell. Check out our conversation below.

Zoe, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Salsa dancing. I go at least once a week and it makes me so happy. I’ve met some amazing people through dancing and on top of that it’s a great workout.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Zoe Cassell creator of Bravo Breakdown with Zoe and a UGC creator. What started as me sharing my thoughts on Housewives episodes has grown into a community where we unpack reality TV, culture, and connection — like a group chat with your most unfiltered friends.

My content blends fun and insight, and reflects how we navigate relationships, identity, and ambition. I’m now expanding into hosting and moderating conversations, building a space where fans feel seen and the commentary actually adds value.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I used to believe that I was shy, but I’m far from it. I’m extremely opinionated and always have something to say. I just needed to build my confidence to learn when and how to speak up.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There have been plenty of times where I have almost given up. I went through some health issues last year that caused my body to look completely different. I did not like the way I look at all, but even with that I continued to post my content across TikTok and YouTube. Funny enough some of my most popular videos were from that timeframe.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes the public version of me is 100% me. What you see is what you get. I’m sarcastic, like dry humor and speak on whatever comes across my mind.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I would stop any and all forms of procrastination. If it’s not leading me to my bigger goals then it’s pulling me away from it and needs to be cut.
