We recently had the chance to connect with Tatiana Preobrazhenskaia and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Tatiana , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
In business, I lose track of time when I’m building, especially when I’m working through strategy, identifying market gaps, or shaping ideas into something scalable and meaningful. Deep focus is where I feel most grounded. That’s where clarity replaces noise and I reconnect with my long-term vision.
In my personal life, it’s new experiences, particularly when I’m around other high achievers. Conversations that expand how I think, environments that challenge me, and moments where growth is happening in real time make time disappear for me.
Music also plays an important role. It helps me reset, refocus, and stay present, whether I’m deep in work or unwinding after a long day. Certain music brings me back into alignment quickly and keeps me creatively centered.
That combination of deep work, expansion through experience, and music is where I lose track of time and consistently find myself again.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi everyone, I’m Tatiana. I build and scale businesses in sexual wellness, the creator economy, and digital marketing. I’m the CEO of V For Vibes, a sexual-wellness brand focused on well-designed, high-quality products and on treating intimacy as a normal part of overall health, not something hidden or sensationalized.
I also run SX Fusion, a creator growth and management company, where we help creators turn their platforms into real, sustainable businesses, and Preo Communications, an SEO and social media agency that focuses on practical growth, not vanity numbers.
What connects everything I do is how I think about building. I like working in complicated or restricted industries and making them work at scale. I’m very hands-on with strategy, systems, and execution, and I care about building businesses that last rather than chasing trends.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding sexual wellness into more mainstream spaces, refining creator monetization models, and building digital brands that can grow without burning out the people behind them. I enjoy the process of turning ideas into something concrete, functional, and scalable.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a very shy kid. I was scared to spend time with others and often stayed in my own world, observing more than participating.
Everything started to shift when I began professional swimming. It pushed me into competition and taught me resilience, focus, and how to show up consistently. Through swimming, I discovered drive and discipline, and I learned how to compete with myself before anyone else.
Music opened a different side of me. I attended musical school and finished piano, which developed my creativity, patience, and emotional expression. Piano taught me structure and discipline, but also how to feel deeply and communicate without words.
Later, earning a green belt in taekwondo gave me confidence and a sense of inner strength. It taught me control, respect, and how to stay calm under pressure.
Those experiences shaped who I am today. What began as fear turned into discipline, creativity, and quiet confidence. Long before titles or expectations, I was someone learning how to build strength from the inside out.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Never.
There were moments of exhaustion, doubt, and recalibration, but I’ve never reached a point where giving up felt like an option. When something didn’t work, I adjusted. When I hit resistance, I learned. Forward movement has always been non-negotiable for me.
What changed over time wasn’t my commitment, but my strategy. I don’t quit, I refine.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is impact with integrity. I care deeply about building things that actually improve people’s lives whether that’s through education, wellness, or creating opportunities where they didn’t exist before. They’d also say I value independence, growth, and honesty. I don’t chase validation; I care about alignment, with my values, my work, and the people I keep close. And underneath all the ambition, what really matters to me is trust, loyalty, and leaving people better than I found them.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m in alignment, when my work, my values, and my energy all match. That usually happens in quiet moments: early mornings, after a workout, or when I’ve made meaningful progress on something that matters.
