We recently had the chance to connect with Sabah Ali and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Sabah, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are the most important to me! Not only does it set me up to have a productive day, but it helps me focus on filling up my cup first before I can serve others! When I wake up I immediately go into a 15 minute meditation. I follow that with gratitudes, journaling, and listening to my affirmations. I always spend time moving my body in the morning so once I finish, I go workout whether that is pilates, yoga, weight training, or walking! After that I fuel my body with a healthy breakfast and get started with my day!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sabah Ali and my lifes mission is to help women rewrite their identity at the subconscious level so they can stop hoping for the life they want, but start creating it. People know me for my “Unforgettable” brand. To me, being unforgettable isn’t about being seen, but being remembered. It means stepping into your highest self, embodying confidence, success, and energy so powerful that your presence, your impact, and your life become impossible to ignore. I teach a lot of manifestation, neuroscience, quantum physics, and mindset teachings on my social media platforms like Youtube and Instagram.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I used to be a super shy person. Growing up I thought that was just who I was… even though deep down I wanted to be seen, recognized, make a impact, and be in the spotlight… I mean I’m a Leo let’s be honest! But I just never questioned my own identity until I got to college. That’s when I went down the rabbit hole of personal development and learning more about self growth. I realized that who I was, wasn’t set in stone, I had the ability to change everything about me… and since that moment I was never shy again. Now years later I’ve spoken on two TEDx stages, been featured on live TV like NBC, ABC, etc… and even hosted my own events!
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I’ve suffered a lot in my life. Some of the things that I experienced, especially in my childhood were out of my hands but as I grew older a lot of the suffering was in my mind. One of the reasons why I got into mindset work is because I learned how powerful our minds are and overtime they can take over your life. Once I understood I can control the way I think, the meaning I put onto things, and the beliefs I have – everything changed for me. And I don’t think I would’ve ever learned that if I was always successful.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What do you believe is true but cannot prove?
The universe and/or god is real. I personally believe god and universe are intertwined. And I know there is an external force that we can connect with to create something beyond our imaginations. In a world where we are SO CONNECTED to our phones and the 3D world, we forget how much divine power we actually have. Everytime I want to ‘manifest’ or create something in my life… I connect with my energy beyond space, time, and physical matter and I always attract it to me. There is something so much more that I wish more people would open their eyes to… and that is why I am so passionate about my work!
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
I never put a timeline on my goals, but one thing I am doing today that will pay off in the upcoming years is learning everything I can about neuroscience and quantum physics to help millions of people create a reality they love. My mission runs very deep as I lost my mom when I was 15 years old and I believe if I knew what I know now back then… she would still be here today. I plan to host events, retreats, do research and case studies, write books, and change the entire world of personal development. I feel like there is so much out there on ‘how to manifest’ but people lack the foundational education of WHY it works and that’s what I want to be for others! Showing them the why, what, and the how to change!
