Reginald, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to do something new that used to make me nervous. For years, I’ve been running the day-to-day operations of my cybersecurity business. It felt good because it was working. We had a strong business model, loyal clients, and steady growth. But now, I’m stepping out of that comfort zone. I’ve handed over the cybersecurity division to my COO, and I’m turning my focus to building a brand-new division centered around Artificial Intelligence. It’s a big change and full of unknowns, but I believe this is the direction I’m supposed to go. I’m learning to lead with vision, take new risks, and help more businesses grow using the power of AI.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Reginald “Andre” Andre, the founder and CEO of ARK Solvers, a cybersecurity and IT firm based in South Florida. For 15 years we’ve helped businesses protect their data, stay secure, and grow with confidence. What makes ARK Solvers unique is our “cybersecurity-first” mindset—we don’t just fix IT problems, we prevent them.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
The person who taught me the most about work is Jeffrey Forster. We started a company together years ago, and I often call him my “rich dad” because of how much he poured into me. He didn’t just teach me how to run a business. He taught me how to think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and lead with purpose. Watching how he handled people, money, and tough decisions gave me the blueprint I still use today. The lessons I learned from him helped shape the leader I’ve become and continue to guide me as I grow my company.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
One of the most defining wounds in my life was growing up without my father. His absence left me feeling like I had to figure everything out on my own. I struggled with identity, confidence, and knowing what it meant to be a man. For a long time, I carried those questions silently, just trying to push through and succeed on my own strength.
Healing came through my faith and the strong mentors God placed in my life. I realized I didn’t have to do life alone and that I could break the cycle. Over time, I replaced pain with purpose. Now, as a father and a leader, I strive to be present, intentional, and give others what I once lacked. My wound became the reason I lead with compassion and stay grounded in my “why.”
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Integrity. In my company and in my personal life, I protect integrity at all costs. It means doing the right thing even when no one is watching and choosing honesty over shortcuts. In business, there’s always pressure to bend the rules or take the easy way out, but I’ve seen how that erodes trust. I believe success that costs you your integrity isn’t real success. I want my team, my clients, and even my kids to know that who you are matters more than what you achieve. Integrity creates a culture people can rely on, and that’s something I refuse to compromise.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m finally doing what I was born to do. For a long time, I followed the safe path, what made sense, what others expected, and what I thought success should look like. But deep down, I knew I was called to build, to lead, and to create impact beyond just a paycheck.
Now, I get to wake up every day leading a company that protects people through cybersecurity and helps them grow through AI. I’m not just running a business. I’m building a legacy, mentoring others, and stepping fully into the role God designed me for. This is bigger than a job. It’s purpose.
