We’re looking forward to introducing you to Pierrejerry St Gelus. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Pierrejerry, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my kids. Every moment spent together builds memories that we will cherish. Whether it’s playing games, cooking together, or having meaningful conversations, these experiences create lasting happiness and a legacy of love. My Kids often challenge me in patience, creativity, and resilience. Sharing time with them allows me to grow alongside them, while also teaching me to slow down, be present, and embrace life more fully
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Pierre Jerry St Gelus, and I wear many hats that shape both who I am and what I stand for. I am a nurse, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while advocating for the well-being of others. A realtor, helping families and individuals find not just houses, but homes
I am also a father, a role that brings me the greatest joy and purpose as I strive to guide, nurture, and inspire my children through both my actions and my words. In addition, I am a military veteran, having served with honor and discipline. It is an experience that instilled in me resilience, leadership, and a deep commitment to service.
From these experiences, I created my brand, Real Nurturing Entrepreneurs (RNE). What makes RNE unique is that it’s not just a business concept—it’s a movement rooted in authenticity, balance, and legacy. It’s about nurturing success in a way that values both family and entrepreneurship, while encouraging others to build ventures that align with who they truly are. My story combines the discipline of military life, the compassion of nursing, and the devotion of fatherhood, all of which fuel my entrepreneurial spirit.
Right now, I am focused on projects that bridge healthcare, business, and community empowerment, while continuing to grow RNE into a platform that inspires others to pursue their dreams with courage, strategy, and authenticity.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed I had to grow up fast. Now I give myself permission to enjoy the moment and be present, especially with my kids
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me resilience, humility, and empathy. These are lessons success could never give. Success shows me what’s possible, but suffering shows me what I am made of. It strips away illusions, grounds me in gratitude, and teaches me to value people and moments over possessions and titles.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me is real, but it’s not the whole me. It’s the side shaped for the world, while the deepest parts are reserved for those I trust.
the deeper layers are reserved for those closest to me.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
The only regret I’d have is not betting on myself sooner.
