Story & Lesson Highlights with Olha Levchuk of Aventura

Good morning Olha, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are a sacred time for setting a positive tone and prioritizing my well-being. I wake up early, feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.
After waking up, I start by drinking a glass of water to rehydrate my body after a night of sleep. Then, I dedicate 10 minutes to breathwork exercises, which help calm my mind and prepare me for the day ahead.
Next, I engage in either yoga or Pilates, which gets my blood flowing and energizes my body. This physical practice helps me connect with my body and sets a positive tone for the day.
Following my physical practice, I enjoy a nutritious breakfast that fuels my body for the day ahead. This quiet morning time also allows me to reflect on my goals, intentions, and priorities.
By starting my day with a mindful routine, I’m able to approach the day with clarity, energy, and purpose. This intentional start sets me up for success and helps me navigate the challenges that lie ahead.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a movement specialist, wellness educator, and passionate advocate for Lifestyle Medicine as the future of healthcare. With a background in physical therapy and Pilates, I help people prevent and reverse chronic conditions through mindful movement, science-based habits, and personalized care.
After founding professional Pilates and Yoga Studio (Sana Studio) in Ukraine, I continued my journey in the U.S., working with leading wellness centers and clinics. I’ve completed Harvard’s Lifestyle Medicine certification and co-created both in-person and online spaces for sustainable, intelligent movement.
My mission: to make health proactive, personal, and empowering—where lifestyle isn’t a quick fix, but a lifelong practice.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I used to chase careers in finance and business, but they didn’t spark my passion. It wasn’t until I discovered yoga and Pilates that I found my true calling. I was drawn to their holistic approach to physical and mental well-being
As I practiced and taught, I realized my purpose was to help others achieve wellness and resilience. I created my own studio, sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
After 10 years, I expanded my expertise to Lifestyle Medicine, becoming a coach to guide others in making sustainable lifestyle changes. I’ve shed expectations and forged a path that aligns with my values and passions.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Leaving Ukraine and starting anew in the US was daunting. Different culture, language, and clients’ mentality presented significant challenges. There were moments I felt like giving up, but I drew strength from my skills and knowledge.
I persisted, leveraging my assets to navigate the new landscape. Continuous learning became my anchor, enabling me to adapt and evolve.
My journey is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. Despite hurdles, I’ve built a fulfilling life and career in a new country. I’ve learned to appreciate perseverance and staying true to oneself.
Growth occurs outside our comfort zones. By embracing the unknown and pushing through challenges, we discover new strengths and capabilities. My story reminds us that with resilience and determination, we can overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
As a wellness professional, my public image and personal life have become intertwined. My profession has significantly influenced my lifestyle, shaping my daily habits and routines.
Before teaching others, I ensured that I practiced what I preached. I personally experienced the benefits of various wellness practices, including exercise, nutrition, sleep management, and stress reduction techniques. This hands-on approach allowed me to authentically guide others on their own wellness journeys.
My daily routine reflects my commitment to wellness. I prioritize exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, recognizing that these habits are essential to maintaining my physical and mental well-being. By practicing what I teach, I’m able to share my genuine experiences and insights with others.
While my profession has certainly shaped my public persona, it’s also deeply influenced my personal life. By living the principles I teach, I’ve created a sense of alignment between my public and private selves. This authenticity allows me to connect with others on a deeper level, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When I’m gone, I hope people will remember me for the positive impact I had on their lives. I envision them sharing stories of transformation, of how my guidance and support helped them achieve a better quality of life.
As a lifestyle and wellness coach, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering others to take control of their health and well-being. I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that small changes can have on a person’s life, and I’m humbled by the trust that my clients have placed in me.
I hope that the stories told about me will be ones of hope, resilience, and transformation. I hope people will recall the struggles they faced and the triumphs they achieved, and how our work together helped them find a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Ultimately, my goal is to leave a lasting legacy that extends beyond my own lifetime. I hope that the lessons I’ve shared, the support I’ve offered, and the transformations I’ve witnessed will continue to inspire others to prioritize their well-being and live their best lives.
